ALTHOUGH THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN EXERCISING IS TO DEVELOP A ROUTINE, WHICH MEANS CONSISTENCY AND REGULARITY, THE WORKOUTS IN PHASE 0 ARE DESIGNED IN SUCH A WAY, THAT YOU CAN DO THEM INDEPENDENTLY ANY TIME YOU FEEL LIKE EXERCISING.
